period of time - to determine the effectiveness of the most recent repair.
4. All associated costs related to each chronic component are compiled to measure the impact
on your operation. This information can be used to negotiate with your repair vendor for
warranty issues, reduced repair charges and/or replacement components as necessary.
5. A customized monthly progress report details new, open and resolved chronic component
issues - as well as costs and savings associated with the chronic component management
program.
